Spokane Anniversary Session
RJ & Kelly’s Coeur d’Alene engagement session was the perfect mix of country charm and North Idaho beauty. They brought their southern pride with them, rocking cowboy hats, boots, and effortless love. The evening light was golden, warm, and perfect. We explored wide-open fields, a downtown parking garage, and finally, the docks by the lake. The resort glowed behind them, adding that iconic CDA touch.
The best part? RJ & Kelly were completely in their element. They laughed, danced, and soaked in the moment. Whether walking hand in hand through the tall grass or stealing kisses downtown, they made every shot feel real. The fields gave us that classic, romantic glow. The parking garage brought a modern, urban feel. Then we finished at the water, with soft waves reflecting the last light of the day. Every spot showed off Coeur d’Alene in a different way.
RJ wore a crisp button-down, jeans, and boots. Kelly stunned in a flowy dress that caught the breeze perfectly. The cowboy hat added a personal touch, fitting right in with every backdrop. Their connection was effortless—smiling, teasing, and fully embracing the excitement of being engaged. The way they looked at each other made my job easy.
Shooting at multiple locations made this session feel dynamic. We had soft, rolling hills. A cityscape with lines and angles. And finally, the peaceful, reflective lake. The variety gave their gallery so much depth. Every spot brought something special. That’s what makes a Coeur d’Alene engagement session so unique.
There’s something about engagement photos that just hit differently. They capture this fleeting, exciting time before the wedding. RJ & Kelly’s session felt like them—authentic, full of love, and a little bit wild. If you’re dreaming of a Coeur d’Alene engagement session, let’s make it happen.
Xoxo, Hannah
You’re only engaged once together. Enjoy it, soak it all in, and get the photos taken! As nice as it is to have your formal bridal photos, it’s nice to have more casual photos of the two of you. It’s also important to document your love as it grows – whether it be at your one year anniversary or your 10th. Everyone has their own love story.
And I want to document people’s stories.
